Soaps.co.nz Terms and conditions of trade
1. Delivery
For stocked items, products will be dispatched within three working days after the payment has been received, usually we dispatch the same day.
soaps.co.nz will not ship to PO Boxes
soaps.co.nz will not be responsible for shipping delays once the item has been dispatched (or picked up by the courier)
2. Risk and Insurance
If the customer makes an agreement with the courier to leave goods without the requirement for a signature this will void any insurance from the courier. The buyer has now accepted all risk of the item not being delivered, or being stolen.
3. Returns & Warranties
An order can be cancelled by contacting us before the order has been packed and shipped.
For returns, including those for faulty or warranty items, the cost and responsibility of the shipping to return the goods remains with the buyer.
All Returns, including those for warranty reasons must be in the original packaging.
